Terms and Conditions

CapInmo is a lead-generation system for real estate agencies: it detects direct-sale listings (without an agency) on real estate portals, an AI voice agent contacts the owner, and if there is real interest, it schedules a meeting. Each agency gets its own panel to manage its leads, calls, and meetings.

Each account belongs to one real estate agency. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The service includes a free monthly quota for property search; calling property owners requires an active paid plan. Beyond the free quota, or for calls, the service consumes credits — pricing and available packages are listed on the Pricing page and in each account's Billing panel.

The monthly base fee is agreed individually with each agency based on volume — it is not a fixed published amount, but a custom quote.

Paid plans can be cancelled at any time from the Billing panel; cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.

You may not use CapInmo for unlawful purposes, to contact people on the do-not-call list, or to upload owner data obtained without a legitimate basis. You are responsible for ensuring your use of contacted owners' data complies with applicable data protection and consumer protection rules.

Owner data that appears in your account (found through automated search or uploaded manually) is for your legitimate commercial use as a real estate agency. You may not resell or transfer that data to third parties outside your agency.

The CapInmo software, design, and brand are owned by CapInmo. This does not include the data each agency uploads or generates within its own account, which remains that agency's data.

We make a reasonable effort to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be interruptions due to maintenance, failures of external providers (for example, the voice agent or payment provider), or other causes beyond our control.

CapInmo does not guarantee a specific business outcome (for example, a minimum number of scheduled meetings). To the extent permitted by law, CapInmo will not be liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced visibly on the site before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Argentina.
