The controller for data processed through capinmo.com.ar and the product panel is CapInmo. For any question about this policy or to exercise your rights, write to contacto@capinmo.com.ar.

From agencies and agents using the panel: name, email, phone number, agency name, and account access credentials.

From contacted property owners ("leads"): name, phone number, and listing details (location, price, property type). This data comes from public listings on real estate portals (owners selling without an agency) or is uploaded manually by the client agency.

Recording and transcript of calls made by the AI voice agent, along with an automatically generated summary and interest score.

Website and panel usage data (pages visited, device, approximate IP address) for analytics and security purposes.

To provide the service: detecting properties, contacting owners via the voice agent, coordinating meetings, and showing each agency its own data in the panel.

For billing and payment management on paid accounts.

To provide support, fix issues, and improve the product.

To comply with legal obligations or respond to requests from competent authorities.

CapInmo does not sell personal data to third parties. We do work with providers that process data on our behalf, under their own service agreements: infrastructure and database (Supabase), AI voice agent (Retell AI), payment processing (Mercado Pago), and automated tracking of public real estate listings (Apify).

Each agency only accesses data from its own account — there is no cross-account access between different agencies.

Any property owner who is contacted and asks not to receive further calls is automatically added to a do-not-call list and will not be contacted again by any CapInmo account. You can also request exclusion by writing to contacto@capinmo.com.ar with the phone number to exclude.

You have the right to access, rectify, update, and request deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to its processing, under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 25.326).

To exercise these rights, write to contacto@capinmo.com.ar. Argentina's data protection authority (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública) is entitled to receive complaints related to non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

We keep data for as long as the account is active, plus any additional period needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

The site uses technical cookies necessary for it to work (for example, to remember your chosen language or theme) and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

CapInmo is a service aimed at real estate agencies and is not intended for use by minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. If a change is significant, we will announce it visibly on the site. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
